Easter Nails; Mini Egg Nails

Nothing says “Easter is coming” more than seeing our Instagram feeds adorned with pastel, speckled eggshell nail art inspired by everyone’s favourite Easter treat. You may think that this mini egg inspired look is hard to re-create, but it’s actually very simple.

Gel Nail Tutorial – Using Halo Gel Polishes

  1. File and shape your nails. Apply your base coat and cure for 30 secs in your Halo Smart Lamp. We recommend the vegan Halo Gel Base Coat for this.
  2. Apply your first coat of colour and cure for 30 secs. Spring pastels are key for this trend, so we recommend selecting a colour from the First Bloom Gel Collection to re-create your mini egg look.
  3. Apply your second coat of colour and cure for 30 secs.
  4. Now for the fun part! Take a nail brush, (or even an old toothbrush), and dip it into Halo Black Gel Polish. You’ll only need a small amount, so try not to overload your brush.
  5. Press the brush down onto the nail to create small, speckled marks. Cure for 30 secs.
  6. Apply your topcoat and cure for 30 secs. We recommend the Halo Non-Wipe Top Coat for this.
