Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a product from us, you are accepting our general terms and conditions as set out below. We recommend that you take a few moments to read them prior to making an order.
Prices are correct at the time of printing but are subject to alteration without prior notice. All trade prices will be exclusive of VAT at the current rate and delivery costs.
We will normally send your order to you within 10 working days, providing the product you have requested is in stock. If an item is not in stock we will advise you at the time of ordering and estimate an extended delivery date. No liability for delay or non-supply or price variation is accepted by EBS Ltd.
Purchasers are advised that there may be slight colour variations when ordering from the colour charts displayed on the website.
Payment is due to the Company in full prior to despatch of goods if a credit arrangement is not agreed beforehand. Payment is due in full 30 days from date of invoice where a credit agreement exists.
The risk in all goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of the delivery but title in the goods remains vested in Essential Beauty Supplies Ltd (EBS Ltd) until full payment being made by the buyer of all sums due to EBS Ltd.
Claims for shortages or damage in transit cannot be accepted unless advised by telephone, within 48 hours of receipt of goods, and then confirmed in writing within 14 days of date of invoice. The Company will not entertain claims made outside the stated time limit.
The Buyer agrees that prior to the payment of the price of the goods, EBS Ltd may enter the Buyer’s premises to collect such goods should the Seller request. Prior to such payment, the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for the purpose and return the goods to the Seller should the Seller request.
Parcels will be sent by our nominated carrier service or by Royal Mail First Class. EBS Ltd can accept no responsibility for delays in delivery or transport delays.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges: up to £20, a delivery charge of £2.50 applies; between £21 - £50 a charge of £3.75; over £50 the delivery charge is £4.85, all figures inclusive of VAT
Refund Policy & Cancellation
You are entitled under the Distance Selling Directive regulations to cancel your order and return a product if you have changed your mind. In order to do this, please either refuse the item on delivery, or return the product(s) ordered in good condition within 7 days. Please also advise us in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In addition to the above, we offer a refund policy. If you have decided you do not like or want your product ordered, you can return the item for a refund within 14 days, less shipping/handling.
