Hot Stone Course
Hot Stone Massage is a special massage which uses smooth basalt volcanic stones that have been heated , to give a relaxing massage which helps relieve tension and ease aching muscles. Stones are also placed under the body, in the hands and between the toes. A full treatment takes 1 1/2 hours, but this can be broken down into shorter massages. This is one of our most popular courses and takes one day.
Therapists work on each other to do the full body treatment so that everyone gets to give and receive this wonderful treatment!
